1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the EVYo! mobile application and services ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service.

2. Description of Service

EVYo! is an intra-campus commute solution that connects users with electric vehicle transportation services within campuses, corporate parks, and private townships. We facilitate ride bookings, real-time tracking, and payment processing through our mobile application.

3. User Accounts

3.1 Account Creation

To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information
  • Maintain and update your information to keep it accurate
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

3.2 Account Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and use the Service. By creating an account, you represent that you meet this age requirement.

4. Use of Service

4.1 Permitted Use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You may use the Service to:

  • Book rides within participating campuses
  • Track your rides in real-time
  • Make payments for services
  • Access information about available services

4.2 Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
  • Violate any laws in your jurisdiction
  • Infringe upon the rights of others
  • Transmit any viruses, malware, or harmful code
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
  • Use automated systems to access the Service without permission
  • Impersonate any person or entity

5. Ride Booking and Cancellation

5.1 Booking

When you book a ride through the Service, you enter into a contract with the driver/service provider. EVYo! acts as a platform connecting you with transportation services and is not a party to the transportation contract.

5.2 Cancellation Policy

Cancellation policies may vary. You may be charged a cancellation fee if you cancel a ride after a certain time period. Please review cancellation terms at the time of booking.

6. Payments

Payment for rides is processed through secure third-party payment processors. You agree to provide valid payment information and authorize us to charge your payment method for services you use. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated or required by law.

7. Safety and Conduct

You are responsible for your own safety and conduct while using the Service. You agree to:

  • Treat drivers and other users with respect
  • Follow all safety guidelines and instructions
  • Not engage in any behavior that endangers yourself or others
  • Report any safety concerns immediately

8. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its original content, features, and functionality, is owned by EVYo! and Travel Eco and is protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

9. Limitation of Liability

EVYo! provides the Service "as is" and "as available." To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties and shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless EVYo!, Travel Eco, and their officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising out of your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
